What is a VAR Sheet?
CityCheers seamlessly integrates with your existing payment processor. To enable this, we require the VAR so we can connect to your current bank. Additionally, your processor will generate a secondary Terminal ID (TID) specifically for handling “card not present” transactions.
What is a VAR sheet?
A “VAR sheet” in merchant processing stands for “Value-Added Reseller sheet” and is a document containing crucial information about a business, like their Merchant ID number (MID), business details, and processor information, used to establish a connection between their payment gateway and merchant account, allowing for smooth payment processing; essentially acting as a communication bridge between the different parties involved in a transaction.

CityCheers Requirements
TYSYS:
Please provide a VAR sheet set up with a new Terminal ID. This file should be configured for Terminal Capture using Intellipay as the gateway.
FDMS:
You will also need a VAR sheet with a new Terminal ID, built on the Nashville North platform. We currently use Intellipay as the gateway for these transactions.
Heartland: Please provide a VAR sheet with a new terminal ID set up on the Portico platform. We currently use Intellipay as the gateway for these transactions.
