With a strong background in network administration, major account installations, support desk management, and regression testing of new POS versions, Phil is an expert in both the technical and operational aspects of deploying Point of Sale systems. His knowledge is essential to ensuring smooth testing and setup for CityCheers’ new integrations.
At CityCheers, Phil plays a pivotal role in the national deployment of the CityCheers Super App. He oversees installations, conducts rigorous quality assurance (QA) and regression testing for new releases, and creates comprehensive installation guides for each POS system integrated with ExpressCheck. Phil also manages the CityCheers network and servers, maintaining the POS virtual machines and shared drives.
Phil’s technical expertise is crucial to executing the national rollout of the Super App. His work ensures that all integrations and mobile applications are thoroughly tested, and that installation processes remain up-to-date as POS systems evolve, supporting the seamless expansion of CityCheers across the hospitality industry.

His consulting role included 18 months of close collaboration with C-level executives at leading restaurant brands, followed by five years in Quality Assurance, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle. As a Product Owner, Joshua managed multiple products, working with major clients such as Landry's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Red Robin, Portillo's, Wendy's, Top Golf, and Brinker.

Working alongside Beer Distribution Channel Director, Chad helps spearhead the nationwide acquisition and onboarding of A-B Wholesalers, ensuring seamless adoption of the CityCheers Super App feature set. He also collaborates with the CEO to target and engage POS and Merchant Services companies, by driving the integration and distribution of the CityCheers Super App into their respective networks.

Following his early 1990s experience as a bartender and restaurant manager, DJ has dedicated over 30 years to IT and development. He progressed from a systems administrator under Steve Wozniak to roles in web development, systems programming, and database design.
As a founding member of the CityCheers Media team, DJ has been instrumental in designing and evolving the CityCheers App and Platform.
Collaborating with Founder and CEO Winston Jaeb, DJ co-invented the patented ExpressCheck mobile payment platform. His combined expertise in project management, software development, and intimate knowledge of the bar and restaurant industries uniquely qualify him to oversee product design and development.

This experience honed her ability to scale complex operations efficiently—a key asset in managing the app development and distribution processes at CityCheers.Jodi’s entrepreneurial spirit took shape as a partner at an embedded systems startup, where she handled accounting, vendor management, and business development. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of tech-driven environments, giving her the skills to work closely with CityCheers' development team to streamline updates to internal CRM systems and the development of the CityCheers Connect Portal interface.
In addition, her tenure as a general manager for a retail bookstore chain equipped her with expertise in multi-location product distribution, customer service, and financial oversight. These skills translate directly into her role at CityCheers, where she oversees financial operations, manages HR functions, and ensures seamless collaboration between app development teams and marketing initiatives.

As Director of Operations, Jodi manages all financial operations, including payroll, A/P, and the collection of Managed Services and ExpressCheck fees. She leads a 13-member team responsible for app creation, quality assurance, and marketing collateral for distributors. Jodi also collaborates with the development team on updates to CityCheers' CRM systems, ensuring operational efficiency and technological advancement.
